🧾 Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be written in English and limited to 250–300 words.
• Use clear and concise language describing objectives, methods, and results.
• Include title, author names, affiliations, and contact email of the presenter.
• Submit your abstract in .docx or .pdf via the submission portal.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for quality and relevance.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent within 10–15 days of submission.

🧪 Full Paper Submission (Optional)

• Accepted authors may submit a full-length paper for publication in Scopus-indexed journals or proceedings.
• Follow APA 7th Edition or Elsevier format guidelines.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, spacing: 1.5 lines, max 10 pages.
• Accepted formats: .docx / .pdf.

🎤 Oral Presentation Guidelines

• Presentation time: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A.
• Slides must be in 16:9 format and visually clear.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session.
• Presentations may be delivered in-person or virtually.
• Bring a USB copy and also email a backup to the secretariat.

🧩 Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
• Include title, author names, affiliations at the top.
• Use large, readable fonts and high-quality graphics.
• Mount posters at least 1 hour before your session.
• Best Poster Presentation Award will be based on design, content, and clarity.

💼 Registration & Attendance

• At least one author per accepted abstract must register to present.
• Early registration ensures inclusion in the final program & abstract book.
• Participants must wear conference badges at all times.
• Certificates (Presentation / Participation / Session Chair) will be issued post-session.

🌐 Publication Opportunities

• Selected papers will be published in Scopus-indexed journals after peer review.
• Conference proceedings will carry an ISBN.
• Authors can choose between open-access or non-open-access formats.
