Terms and Conditions – Kapsule Summit
Effective for all participants, authors, sponsors, and attendees of Kapsule Summit Conferences.

| 1. Registration Policy |
• All participants must complete registration through the official Kapsule Summit portal. • Registrations are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizing committee. |
| 2. Payment Terms |
• All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. • Accepted payment methods include secure online gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or authorized bank transfers. • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt acknowledgment. |
| 3. Cancellation & Refunds |
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. • Refund Policy: – 75% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before the event. – No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior. • Substitution of participants is permitted with prior approval. |
| 4. Program Changes |
• The organizers reserve the right to modify program schedules, speakers, session timings, or venue as necessary. • All such changes will be communicated promptly through official channels. |
| 5. Abstract & Paper Submission |
• Submitted abstracts and papers must be original, unpublished, and follow the official formatting guidelines. • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or suggest revisions. |
| 6. Code of Conduct |
• All delegates are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. |
| 7. Intellectual Property |
• All conference content including slides, recordings, and materials are protected by copyright. • Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written consent from the organizers. |
| 8. Data Protection |

| 9. Photography & Recording |
• The conference may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational use. • By attending, participants grant permission to use their image and voice unless they opt out in writing prior to the event. |
| 10. Force Majeure |
• Kapsule Summit is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. • In such cases, organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide digital participation alternatives. |
